As i have now figured out ,almost 70% of games or more uploaded in mediafire goes corrupt.. :(
There are many examples i checked,games or large movies[HD] uploaded to Rapidshare,megaupload,netload,storage,and the mirror mediafire too...ONLY MEDIAFIRE HAS THE ERROR FOR THAT OBJECT,NONE OF THE OTHER HAD ANY PROBLEMS..
The games i posted here in this blog, has been reported corrupted ....i dont even remember atleast 10% of the games which worked...

I'm sorry but trust me uploaders aren't uploading corrupt files to mediafire. In fact mediafire is well known for corrupting files.
This is why I provide a set of par2 repair files with each upload I do.

1.Download corrupted files again ,
2.If that doesnt work use winrar extract files with keep broken files checked

Why winrar has corrupt files ??
Corrupt Files are formed when a data is extracted & packed many times
Usually torrent downloads gets u files of sizes 15mb,45mb,or max 95mb ....
what uploaders do u is download them---extract them ---pack them into 200mb files for convienence, thats why problem of corruption occurs....
Eg :
Possibility of first error
Real uploader gets a dvd ----he packs it into smaller sizes for torrents
Second error [most common]
Downloaders dwld them extracts them & repack them
Errors also occurs when user downloads it , many a times download manager packs them wrong....so redownload a corrupt file also helps recover it
So whats the remedy ???
Theres none ,but second error can be avoided
Pack smaller files [45mb from torrents ] as it is into a rar file ,instead of extracting them & repacking

MediaFire Asks Mozilla to Ban SkipScreen
In an attempt to prevent its users from bypassing the download delay, filehoster Mediafire has sent a takedown request to Mozilla for the SkipScreen addon that does just this.
SkipScreen is a Firefox plugin that automates clicking and waiting on sites like Rapidshare and Megaupload. The goal of the plugin is to make clicking a link to one of these file-hosting services just as convenient as downloading something directly.
The plugin does as it promises but one of the filehosters, MediaFire, is not amused. They prefer to delay the downloads of their visitors so they are more eager to sign up for a paid account.
“Mozilla has been generally very supportive up until now, they’ve made us a recommended plugin, and we’re one of the most popular plugins in our category. The day before yesterday, Mediafire sent a cease and desist to Mozilla, demanding they remove our plugin from the Addons directory,” Skipscreen developer Michael P told FreakBits.
Mediafire claims that the SkipScreen plugin steals its bandwidth and that its bypassing their website. These claims are bogus of course, the only thing that is bypassed is the waiting time, nothing more.
The EFF has sided with SkipScreen and sent a reply to Mozilla on their behalf in which they debunk MediaFire’s claims.
“Free file hosting provider MediaFire seems to think that, when you follow a link to download a file from its service, it has the right to control your browser. This is yet another example of a web site owner forgetting that it’s your computer, and it’s none of their business how you choose to experience their web pages,” EFF’s Fred von Lohmann writes.
It will be interesting to see how Mozilla responds to the takedown request. Thus far the plugin is still available and all that Mediafire has done is alerting the public that there is an easy way to circumvent the annoying waiting times

Heroes of Might and Magic III: Complete was released after the successes of the original Heroes of Might and Magic III: The Restoration of Erathia and the two expansions, Armageddon's Blade and Shadow of Death.
The game is a Turn-Based Strategy with many levels- developing your civilisation, keeping a strong economy, building an army and fighting with it. On top of this, you have a hero, who can learn skills which confer bonuses as he or she levels up, as well as base statistics which will enhance your fighters.
There is also plenty of variety- there are many campaigns, a crazy number of maps included with the game, as well as thousands online, which give endless playing time. There is also an easy to use map editor included, so you can create your own scenarios.
Another feature is a simple multiplayer, which you can do in hotseat mode, or on multiple computers.
All in all, this game is great fun- I would recommend it especially if you enjoy RPGs, fantasy games and the like, but also if you want to try something new.
